Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Space Clean App: Smart Storage & Organiser (the "App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility and Account

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your country) to use the App.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and any PIN/password used in the App.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs through your device while using the App.

2. App Features

Space Clean App provides tools to help you clean and organize storage, including features such as duplicate/similar photo cleanup, video sorting and compression, swipe-based gallery sorting, secret album and contact protection, keep list/favorites management, calendar and email cleanup assistance, and storage widgets.

Some features may require access permissions (for example Photos, Contacts, or Calendar). You can revoke these permissions at any time in iOS Settings, but this may limit functionality.

3. Subscriptions and Purchases

The App may offer auto-renewing subscriptions (for example monthly or yearly plans) and/or a one-time lifetime purchase. Pricing and available plans are shown in the App at the time of purchase.

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Auto-renewing subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings after purchase.
Any unused portion of a free trial (if offered) is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

4. Apple Standard EULA

If these Terms are less restrictive than Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), Apple’s terms apply to the extent required. You can review Apple’s standard EULA here: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/ .

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the App for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.
Reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or create derivative works of the App except where allowed by law.
Interfere with or disrupt the App, related services, or security features.
Use the App in a way that violates third-party rights, including privacy and intellectual property rights.

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review the Privacy Policy to understand how data is handled.

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including software, design, branding, and content, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable laws. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial use.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted operation.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of or inability to use the App.

10. Changes to the App and Terms

We may update the App and these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after updated Terms are posted means you accept the revised Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the App if you violate these Terms or misuse the App. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of your jurisdiction of residence, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer law.
