Welcome to Flyer & Poster Maker. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of our mobile application ("the App") developed by SureApps ("we", "us", or "our"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

You may use the App for personal and non-commercial purposes to create flyers, posters, and promotional materials using the available templates. All content created remains your own responsibility.

2. In-App Purchases

The App offers optional in-app purchases that provide access to premium features and content. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the time of purchase.

Auto-Renewing Subscriptions

Some features may be offered through an auto-renewing subscription model:

• Your subscription will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from your iTunes account settings.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

3. Intellectual Property

All templates, designs, and assets provided in the App are the intellectual property of SureApps or its licensors. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or exploit them for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

4. User Content

Any content (e.g., text, images) you add to templates is your sole responsibility. We do not access or store your content on external servers. Everything is saved locally on your device.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App if you violate these Terms or engage in any activity that harms our service or users.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any damages or losses resulting from your use of the App. The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. Please review this page periodically for updates.
